Pastor Jarrett L. Perdue is the Pastor and founder of The Gathering Place Worship Assembly in Bolingbrook, Illinois, whose mission is accepting people as they are and helping to develop them into who God designed them to be. The ministry started in April 2017 and God is truly blessing! 

Pastor Perdue was baptized in Jesus’ name and received the Holy Ghost at the age of 10-years-old. After working in various areas of the church for years, he was called to the ministry at the age of 19. Two years after he was called into the ministry, Pastor Perdue preached his first sermon at the age of 21, entitled “This Giant Must Die.” 

He previously served as President of the International Pentecostal Young People’s Union of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. Prior to this assignment, Pastor Perdue served as President of the Illinois District Council Young People’s Union, as well as, Region 3 Director and Chaplin of the I.P.Y.P.U. 

Pastor Perdue has faithfully served the body, ministering around the country, as well as, parts of Kenya, London, England and the Bahamas with power, passion and authority. He believes that we have no time to waste. We must work while it is day. Romans 13:11, “and that knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we believed.”
